Application forms must be filled in Japanese or English with handwriting by applicants. Application deadline: Josanjima area: Friday, November 8, 2019 to the International Affairs Division in Josanjima Kuramoto area: The deadline is fixed by the academic affairs section in your department. If you have already selected as the recipient of another scholarship for 2020, you can NOT apply for this scholarship. If you are recommended to this scholarship, you can NOT apply for the Japanese government scholarship 2020. However, it is not clear if MEXT will offer the Japanese government scholarship this autumn.
