If you have already selected as the recipient of another scholarship for 2020, you can NOT apply for this scholarship. In addition, loan scholarship recipients can NOT apply. If you are recommended to this scholarship, you can NOT apply for the Japanese government scholarship 2020. However, it is not clear if MEXT will offer the Japanese government scholarship this autumn.
