If you have already selected as the recipient of another scholarship for 2019, you can NOT apply for this scholarship.
If you are recommended to this scholarship, you can NOT apply for the Japanese government scholarship 2019. However, it is not clear if MEXT will offer the Japanese government scholarship this autumn.
