The International office requests Health Service and Counseling Center to fill in the section “Physical examination” without charge.
<Applicants who have skipped this checkup>
Applicants need to receive health checkup at the off-campus clinic, and ask the medical doctor to fill in the section “Physical examination” for a fee.
