Ceremony Marks Completion of Intensive Japanese Course, 2025 Second Semester
On March 6, 2026, the International Office, Tokushima University held a ceremony to recognize the completion of Intensive Japanese Course, 2025 Second Semester.
At the ceremony, eight international students—two each from Ghana, Bangladesh, one each from Malawi, Pakistan, Malaysia, and Mongolia —delivered speeches in Japanese, marking the culmination of six months of study. Each student used PowerPoint slides to present in Japanese about their home country, research fields, experiences in Japanese classes, and future aspirations.
After all the speeches, the students were given their certificates after a comment by Prof. TAKAHASHI Shinichi, Vice President of Tokushima University. Finally, the guest of honor, Prof. OZAWA Hiroaki, Vice President of Naruto University of Education gave a comment and closed the event with a commemorative photo of all attendees.
The international students who completed this course will continue their studies and research in the graduate school of our university, or go on to graduate school at Naruto University of Education Graduate School paving their way forward. We look forward to their future success.
