The university updated the COVID-19 related information and plans.
- On March 28, 2022, the “Observation of infection” of the Tokushima Alert has been activated.
- From Friday, April 1, the BCP level of the entire campus will be lowered to 1 for the time being.

- Face-to-face classes and research for degrees completion will be conducted with thorough infection prevention measures in place.
- If any of the following applies to you, please contact the Academic Affairs Section of your faculty. We will give due consideration to the protection of your privacy.
- Your infection has been detected.
- Your family member living together has been found to be infected.
- You have become a close contact of an infected person.
- If returning or entering from an area or country where the Omicron variant is mainly prevalent, stay at home for 7 days from the day after your return or entry, and if returning and entering from other areas, stay at home for 14 days and check your physical condition.
- Students will no longer be required to stay at home after returning to Tokushima Prefecture from a designated area in Japan. However, students who receive their education at a medical practice site should follow the measures taken by the medical practice facility.
- Be sure to check emails from the university and the university website updates because university policies will change based on the spread of the infection.
