The university updated the COVID-19 related information and plans.
- The number of cases of infection by the Omicron variant is decreasing. All prefectures have ended the priority measures to prevent the spread of the disease.
- From Thursday, March 24, the BCP level of the entire campus will be lowered to 2 for the time being.
- Remote classes are recommended. At the discretion of the faculty, face-to-face classes and research for degree completion may be conducted with sufficient infection prevention measures in place.
- In principle, the first classes of the new semester will be held by remote classes.
- If returning or entering from an area or country where the Omicron variant is mainly prevalent, stay at home for 7 days from the day after your return or entry, and if returning and entering from other areas, stay at home for 14 days and check your physical condition.
- Extracurricular activities must be conducted with prior permission.
- Be sure to check emails from the university and the university website updates because university policies will change based on the spread of the infection.
