Undergraduate Admission – Step 5 : Receive Letter of Acceptance

  1. Successful applicants will receive a matriculation packet along with a letter of acceptance.
  2. Successful applicants must complete the designated registration procedures within the registration period. Individuals who failed to complete the registration and payment within the designated period of time will be regarded to have declined from matriculation.
  3. Tuition fee will be required for registration. Other fees, such as Japan Educational Exchanges and Services (JEES) Insurance (Personal Accident Insurance for Students Pursuing Education and Research) and supporting fees, will be charged in addition to tuition and matriculation fee. Details will be announced separately.
  4. Waivers or postponement of payments are available for matriculation and tuition fees. Detailed information will be included in a matriculation packet.
  5. The enrollment materials must be submitted to the designated office by mail within the registration period and no later than 17:00 on the closing date. Enrollment materials submitted in person will be accepted only on the scheduled day and time.
  6. Applicants who have successfully passed the entrance examination and completed the registration will be granted admission from the president of Tokushima University on the entrance ceremony day.
