Monthly Allowance: 48,000JPY per month for International Doctoral students, 30,000JPY per a month for other students

Students cannot apply for this scholarship if they:
Receive another scholarship with more than 48,000JPY per month, or their spouse receives another scholarship with more than 96,000JPY per month.
