Theme: “Tokushima Campus Life 2021”

This photo contest aims to let all students and faculty staff of Tokushima University to share their in-campus photos to the people in Japan and abroad for actively disseminating attractiveness of Tokushima University.

The submitted photos will be exhibited in Gallery Shinkura, and the excellent works will be posted at the Tokushima University International Office after the exhibition.
Photos must be taken inside Tokushima University campus areas (Shinkura, Josanjima, Kuramoto, International House, etc.) on any subject such as buildings, campus ground, class room, dormitory, people, studies, life, extracurricular activities, seminars, etc. However, if a person is included in the photo, it needs to obtain the consent of the person before applying. The submitted photo(s) must be taken by the applicant, and not have been published previously. By applying, you agree to transfer the right to publish your photos on the web and in print to the university.

Eligible applicants:
This photo contest is open for all students and faculty and staff members of Tokushima University (including international students and research students).

How to apply:
1. Email the photo, title, and explanatory document data. (sample works)
b. A3 print resolution (1MB or more, smartphone OK)
c. Photo title and description (<50 words)
2. Up to 2 photos per person.

4. Deadline: Wednesday, December 8th, 2021

Selection Schedule:
Photo submission: November 17th (Wed) -December 8th (Wed), 2021
Top 20 works announcement: after December 13 (Mon)
Gallery Exhibition: Top 20 Items: January 12th (Wed) -28th (Fri), 2022
Display on the International Office HP: After January 28, 2022 (Fri)
Certificate: Certificate of commendation and a souvenir to the authors of the top 20 work: After February 1st
