お知（し）らせ　Notice（October 18, 2022）

 

新型（しんがた）コロナウイルス感染症（かんせんしょう）に関（かん）する大学（だいがく）からのお知（し）らせを更新（こうしん）します。
The university updated the COVID-19 related information and plans.

1. ２０２２年（ねん）１０月（がつ）４日（よっか）に、とくしまアラートが「レベル１・感染観察（かんせんかんさつ）」になりました。
   On October 4, 2022, the “Level 1, Observation of infection” of the Tokushima Alert has been activated.
2. １０月（がつ）１９日（にち）（水（すい））から当面（とうめん）の間（あいだ）、全（ぜん）キャンパスのBCPレベルを１に下（さ）げます。
   From Wednesday, October 19, the BCP level of the entire campus will be lowered to 1 for the time being.

3. 十分（じゅうぶん）な感染防止対策（かんせんぼうしたいさく）を講（こう）じた上（うえ）で、対面授業及（たいめんじゅぎょうおよ）び学位取得（がくいしゅとく）のための研究等（けんきゅうとう）を行（おこな）います。
   Face-to-face classes and research for degrees completion will be conducted with thorough infection prevention measures in place.
4. 次（つぎ）に該当（がいとう）する場合（ばあい）は、所属学部学務係（しょぞくがくぶがくむかかり）に連絡（れんらく）してください。プライバシーの保護（ほご）には十分配慮（じゅうぶんはいりょ）します。
   If any of the following applies to you, please contact the Academic Affairs Section of your faculty. We will give due consideration to the protection of your privacy.
   • 感染（かんせん）が判明（はんめい）したとき
     Your infection has been detected.
   • 同居家族（どうきょかぞく）の感染（かんせん）が判明（はんめい）したとき
     Your family member living together has been found to be infected.
   • 感染者（かんせんしゃ）の濃厚接触者（のうこうせっしょくしゃ）となったとき
     You have become a close contact of an infected person.
5. 感染（かんせん）の拡大状況（かくだいじょうきょう）に応（おう）じて、大学（だいがく）の方針（ほうしん）が変（か）わりますので、大学（だいがく）からのメールやホームページを必（かなら）ずチェックしてください。
   Be sure to check emails from the university and the university website updates because university policies will change based on the spread of the infection.
