お知（し）らせ　Notice（July 20, 2021）

新型（しんがた）コロナウイルス感染症（かんせんしょう）に関（かん）する大学（だいがく）からのお知（し）らせを更新（こうしん）します。
The university updated the COVID-19 related information and plans.

  1. BCPレベルを引（ひ）き上（あ）げます。
    The university raises the BCP level.
    期間（きかん）　　7月20日（がつはつか）（火（か））から7月（がつ）29日（にち）（木（もく））
    Period: Tuesday, July 20 – Thursday, July 29, 2021

    • 常三島地区（じょうさんじまちく）、、新蔵地区（しんくらちく）、石井地区（いしいちく） ：　２
      Josanjima, Shinkura, and Ishii campuses　：　２
      遠隔授業等（えんかくじゅぎょうとう）を推奨（すいしょう）します。
      Distance learning is recommended.
    • 蔵本地区（くらもとちく）　：　３A
      Kuramoto campus　：　３A
    • 自宅（じたく）で遠隔授業（えんかくじゅぎょう）を受講（じゅこう）してください。
      Please take the remote classes at home.

  2. 十分（じゅうぶん）な感染予防対策（かんせんよぼうたいさく）を徹底（てってい）した上（うえ）で、対面授業及（たいめんじゅぎょうおよ）び学位取得（がくいしゅとく）のための研究（けんきゅう）を実施（じっし）する場合（ばあい）があります。
    Face-to-face classes and research for degree completion will be conducted with thorough infection prevention measures in place.
  3. 自宅（じたく）で遠隔授業（えんかくじゅぎょう）を受講（じゅこう）できないときや許可（きょか）された授業（じゅぎょう）、研究以外（けんきゅういがい）は、学内（がくない）への立入（たちいり）を禁止（きんし）しています。
    Students are not allowed to enter the campus except when they are unable to take a remote class at home, or when they have permission to take a class or conduct research.
  4. 食堂（しょくどう）・売店（ばいてん）の利用（りよう）は必要最低限（ひつようさいていげん）にしてください。12時（じ）から13時（じ）の利用（りよう）は控（ひか）えるようにしてください。
    Please keep the use of the cafeteria and store to a minimum, and refrain from using them between 12:00 and 13:00.
  5. TA・RA及（およ）び教育研究協力謝金（きょういくけんきゅうきょうりょくしゃきん）による業務（しんがた）は、部局（ぶきょく）の判断（はんだん）により、実施（じっし）することがあります。
    TA, RA, and educational/research cooperation gratuities may be implemented at the discretion of the department.
  6. 課外活動（かがいかつどう）は全面禁止（ぜんめんきんし）です。
    All extracurricular activities are prohibited.
  7. 感染（かんせん）の拡大状況（かくだいじょうきょう）に応（おう）じて、大学（だいがく）の方針（ほうしん）が変（か）わりますので、大学（だいがく）からのメールやホームページを必（かなら）ずチェックしてください。
    Be sure to check emails from the university and the university website updates because university policies will change based on the spread of the infection.
