新型（しんがた）コロナウイルス感染症（かんせんしょう）に関（かん）する大学（だいがく）からのお知（し）らせを更新（こうしん）します。
The university updated the COVID-19 related information and plans.

  1. 新型（しんがた）コロナウイルス感染症（かんせんしょう）に対（たい）する事業継続計画（じぎょうけいぞくけいかく）（BCP）を改正（かいせい）しました。
    The Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in response to COVID-19 infection has been revised.

    • BCP英語版（えいごばん）は、下記（かき）ホームページに近日中（きんじつちゅう）に掲載（けいさい）されます。

  2. 当面（とうめん）の間（あいだ）、全（ぜん）キャンパスのBCPレベルを２に引（ひ）き下（さげ）げます。
    For the time being, the BCP level for the entire campus will be lowered to 2.
  3. 遠隔授業（えんかくじゅぎょう）が推奨（すいしょう）されています。学部等（がくぶとう）の判断（はんだん）により、十分（じゅうぶん）な感染防止対策（かんせんぼうしたいさく）を講（こう）じた上（うえ）で、対面授業（たいめんじゅぎょう）や学位取得（がくいしゅとく）のための研究（けんきゅう）を実施（じっし）することがあります。
    Remote classes are recommended. At the discretion of the faculty, face-to-face classes and research for degree completion may be conducted with sufficient infection prevention measures in place.
  4. 学内（がくない）への立入（たちいり）は、許可（きょか）された授業（じゅぎょう）の受講（じゅこう）、学位取得（がくいしゅとく）のための研究（けんきゅう）、図書館（としょかん）での学修（がくしゅう）、ＴＡ・ＲＡ等（など）の業務（ぎょうむ）を行（おこな）うときには認（みと）められます。
    Students are allowed to enter the campus when they are attending authorized classes, conducting research for a degree, study in the library, or performing duties such as TA/RA.
  5. 課外活動（かがいかつどう）やイベントの開催（かいさい）や参加（さんか）は，事前（じぜん）に許可（きょか）されたものに限（かぎ）ります。活動時間（かつどうじかん）は短時間（たんじかん）にとどめ、十分（じゅうぶん）な感染防止対策（かんせんぼうしたいさく）を講（こう）じてください。
    Holding or participating in extracurricular activities and events is limited to those that have been approved in advance. Please keep activities to a short period of time and take sufficient measures to prevent infection.
  6. まん延防止指定区域及（えんぼうししていくいきおよ）び緊急事態宣言対象地域（きんきゅうじたいせんげんたいしょうちいき）は、9月（がつ）30日（にち）に全（すべ）て解除（かいじょ）されます。
    All the areas designated for the prevention of the spread of the disease and the areas subject to the declaration of an emergency situation will be lifted on September 30.
  7. 感染（かんせん）の拡大状況（かくだいじょうきょう）に応（おう）じて、大学（だいがく）の方針（ほうしん）が変（か）わりますので、大学（だいがく）からのメールやホームページを必（かなら）ずチェックしてください。
    Be sure to check emails from the university and the university website updates because university policies will change based on the spread of the infection.
