【新型コロナ関連更新情報/COVID-19 Updates】おしらせ Notice

お知（し）らせ　Notice（May 13, 2020）

新型（しんがた）コロナウイルス感染症（かんせんしょう）に関（かん）する大学（だいがく）からのお知（し）らせを更新（こうしん）します。
The university updated the COVID-19 related information and plans.

1. 1. 対面（たいめん）の授業（じゅぎょう）は６月（がつ）１日（ついたち）（月（月））から始（はじ）まる予定（よてい）です。
      The face-to-face class meetings will restart on Monday, June 1.
   2. ５月（がつ）３１日（にち）（日（にち））まで、徳島県（とくしまけん）の外（そと）に行（い）かないでください。
      Please restrain yourself from going out of Tokushima prefecture until Sunday, May 31.
   3. ５月（がつ）１１日（にち）（日（にち））から５月（がつ）３１日（にち）（日（日））までの間（あいだ）に、徳島県（とくしまけん）の外（そと）に行（い）った人（ひと）は、徳島（とくしま）に戻（もど）ってから１４日間（にちかん）は学校がっこう）に来（き）てはいけません。外（そと）に出（で）ないで、自分（じぶん）の部屋（へや）にいてください。そして、毎日熱（まいにちねつ）を測（はか）ってください。
      Those students who traveled outside Tokushima between May 11 and May 31 are not allowed to enter the university campuses for a period of 14 days after returning to Tokushima. During the period, the university requests these students to stay home and measure body temperature every day.
   4. 徳島市（とくしまし）で特別定額給付金（とくべつていがくきゅうふきん）の受付（うけつけ）が始（はじ）まります。申請書（しんせいしょ）は5月中（がつちゅう）にみなさんのところに郵便（ゆうびん）で届（とど）きます。詳（くわ）しいことは、5月（がつ）15日（にち）ごろにインターナショナルオフィスホームページでお知（し）らせします。
      Tokushima Municipal Office will start receiving applications for the governmental Special Cash Payment. The application form will be delivered to your residential address by mail. Detailed information will be posted on the International Office homepage around May 15.

   5. 徳島大学（とくしまだいがく）から緊急生活支援金（きんきゅうせいかつしえんきん）が支給（しきゅう）されます。詳（くわ）しくは徳島大学（とくしまだいがく）ホームページを確認（かくにん）してください。

   6. 生活（せいかつ）の中（なか）で、困（こま）っていること（経済的（けいざいてき）なことや健康（けんこう）のことなど）がありますか？　ある学生（がくせい）は、国際課（こくさいか）留学生（りゅうがくせい）支援係（しえんがかり）に知（し）らせてください。

   7. 体(からだ)の調子(ちょうし)が悪(わる)いとき、授業（じゅぎょう）(オンライン授業（じゅぎょう）を含(ふく)む)に出（で）られないときには、学務係(がくむがかり)に電話(でんわ)かメールをしてください。
      When you are sick or unable to participate in your class meeting including an online class, please contact your faculty’s administration office by email or phone.

体(からだ)の調子(ちょうし)が悪(わる)いときは、下(した)のセンターに行(い)って相談(そうだん)してください。電話(でんわ)してもいいです。
