Division of International Affairs (DIA) is the on-campus administrative
organization to support International students, foreign researchers and
the Japanese students who wish to study abroad.
Each section of the Division (International Planning Section and International
Exchange Section) deals with the following administrative duties as shown
in the table below.

Assisting Japanese students to study abroad
Providing welfare support and aftercare for international students, including
matters relating to scholarships
Helping international students with paperwork for their visa
Managing meetings for the matters relating to international students
Managing the list of international students and issuing some certificates
for them
