Remark
If you have already selected as the recipient of another scholarship for 2017, you can NOT apply for this scholarship.
If you are recommended to this scholarship, you can NOT apply for the Japanese government scholarship 2017. However, it is not clear if MEXT will offer the Japanese government scholarship this autumn.
